We selected Crawford Custom Builders back in 1990 upon the recommendations of two different friends in Eagle Rock, the Valley of Lakes. We were impressed with the personal touches, superior workmanship, honesty, stable work-force, timely completion of projects , and integrity they offered. Crawford Custom Homes provided us with a quality vacation home that ultimately became our permanent residence upon retirement. we were so pleased with our first building experience, we contracted a second time with Bud Crawford for the addition of a double garage, bath, dressing area and large walk-in closet in 2001. In 2007, we doubled the size of our family/sunroom again, selecting Crawford Custom Homes. It is rare to have the same contractor for three major building projects on a residence with no problems or complaints!
When we built a home in Longs, South Carolina in 2000, our builder's name was also Crawford (no relation), however he proved to be dishonest and left us with a half-finished house, property leins, and a legal mess. We wound up hiring an independent general contractor at considerable expense who helped us complete the house. If only we had been fortunate enough to have the Pennsylvania Crawford Builders for our south Carolina residence, we know our experience woul have been much different.

This is the third house we have had built by Bud Crawford. The Quality of our houses has been second to none! Both homes he built for us prior to this one sold quickly, mainly due to the builder's reputation, and the excellent condition of the houses years later.
